Provincial Synod 2019 – Synod Theme & Collect

The Provincial Synod Advisory Committee has approved the theme, and a special Collect, for the meeting of Provincial Synod which is taking place in September this year.

Review, Renew and Restore: Reconnecting faith to daily life

Synod Collect:

O God, you call us in all our diversity,

to acknowledge your Son as sovereign:

direct us in our generation

to restore that which has been broken,

to build that which is needed,

and to empower all who seek to serve you

in your mission in the world;

for you live and reign in the unity of the Trinity,

one God, now and for ever.
