I am grateful for his ministry at Bishopscourt over these years. Last week Friday, I licensed the Ven Horace Arenz as the new PEO. Ven Arenz was the Diocesan Administrator in the Diocese of Cape Town and Archdeacon to the ordinary. He comes with vast administrative experience as well as pastoral knowledg . He will serve the province well.
