How best can ACSA address discrimination issues at Diocesan schools?

The full text of the report of a task team, headed by Professor Mary Metcalfe and including bishops, priests and educational experts. It was appointed by Archbishop Thabo Makgoba at the request of Provincial Standing Committee to come alongside our schools and help them respond to complaints of racism voiced in recent years.

The Archbishop has underlined the importance of Dioceses responding to the task team’s finding that “what schools are asking for is the committed and sustained attention of the church to relationships of support.”
