Condolences to Canon Cynthia Botha and Canon Rosalie Manning

On behalf of the Province, Archbishop Thabo Makgoba has conveyed our heartfelt condolences to two office-bearers who have lost their mothers recently, the Revd Canon Cynthia Botha of the Publishing Office, and Canon Rosalie Manning, the Deputy Provincial Registrar.

Mrs Eunice Botha died on August 20 at the age of 87. Her funeral was held earlier today, August 31, at St Francis of Assisi Church in Parkview, Johannesburg.

Mrs Joyce Thelma Manning died on Tuesday August 30 at the age of 93. Her funeral is scheduled for Saturday September 3 at St Gabriel’s, Florida.

May they both rest in peace in rise in glory.

We thank the Lord for the long lives for the two ladies and for raising Revd Canon Cynthia and Canon Rosalie two great ladies of our province. They left a legacy. Condolences to our sister canons. May the peace of God be with during this time our sisters. You are loved by the entire ACSA Folks.

Condolences dear sisters. Losing a mother is one of the hardest things to go through. The pain remains etched in your soul for years. But the joy of memories and good times shared, bring a smile in your face. Take heart.
The Lord cares you grieving and so we commend you to his loving, comforting grace.
