CPSANET was a pioneering and somewhat historic church communication network, the first of its kind in the Anglican world, originally established as a mailing list to provide easy and relatively private communication for church leaders at a time when the Anglican Church was under suspicion and close surveillance by the Apartheid government.

It now continues to provide a simple email-based facility for sharing information and opinions on a wide level of issues from light-hearted to deeply theological.
